Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp if there’s a significant delay.

2. Shipping Time (India)

We currently ship across India.

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders (optional – adjust as needed)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Issues

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics issues
  • High demand or festive seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will help you track and resolve issues.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Undelivered Orders / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is undelivered due to:

  • Customer not available
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept

It may be returned to us (RTO).
Reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged product or your order is lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

9. International Shipping (Optional)

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
